Setup & use
Each chair is controlled from its touch screen (and, on supported models, voice control), with automatic programs and manual modes. Confirm the unit is on standard Indian mains — our chairs run on 110–240V depending on model.
Troubleshooting
If a unit won't power on, check the mains connection and the unit's own power switch before anything else. For roller, airbag or heat issues, note the model and the program in use and contact us — it helps us diagnose quickly.
