Return & Refund Policy

• Products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals and invoices.
• Returned products are inspected by our quality team before approval.

• A 10% service and handling charge is deducted from the invoice value if the returned product is received in good condition.
• If the product is found to be damaged, used or missing accessories, additional deductions may apply based on its condition.
• Refunds are processed after successful inspection and approval.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:

• Products purchased under special promotional offers or clearance sales.
• Customised or made-to-order products.
• Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.
• Products purchased using Cash on Delivery (COD), unless damaged during transit or covered under warranty.

Please inspect your package immediately on delivery.

• Any transit damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• You must provide clear photographs or videos of the damaged package and product.
• Replacement or claim approval is subject to verification and courier-partner approval.
• Claims reported after 24 hours may not be accepted.

For selected products, NexGen provides installation and basic product demonstration. Please note:

• Installation does not include electrical modifications or site preparation.
• Improper installation by unauthorised personnel may void the warranty.
• Product misuse after installation is not covered under warranty.

• Full advance payment is required unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Ownership of the product remains with NexGen until full payment is received.

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation requests are not accepted except as permitted under this Return Policy.

NexGen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

These policies are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the purchase or use of NexGen products are subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan. E.&O.E. (Errors and Omissions Excepted).
