The NexGen Tourmaline Heating Mattress is a full-length mat set with hundreds of polished hexagonal tourmaline stones. A heating layer underneath warms the stones, which hold that heat and give it back as gentle, even far-infrared warmth across your back, hips and legs.
Set the temperature anywhere between 30°C and 70°C, lie down on a bed, a cot or the floor, and let the warmth settle into tired muscles. At 60 × 180 cm it is long enough to support you from shoulders to heels, and the brown leather-finish border is made to resist wear.

- Lay it flat on a bed, a cot or the floor, plug it in and set the temperature. Start at a low setting and raise it gradually as you get used to the warmth, and follow the session times in the manual.

- It adjusts from 30°C to 70°C. Begin near the bottom of the range and go up only as far as feels comfortable. Keep the highest settings for short sessions.
